Coverage — Each sq. ft. of floor space generally requires 6 watts of energy and is based on insulation R-values, number of windows, ceiling height, exterior walls, climate, etc.
Voltage — ratings vary from 120, 208, 240 and 277 volts.
Hard to heat areas — ceilings 10' or higher generally require more watts/square foot.
